I was in route to Bike week ocean city Maryland . Luckily for me a guy in a pickup helped get the bike off the street and a ride to horsepower Harley shop. I needed a bolt and clip for my clutch handle to keep it in the housing , horsepower Harley had me back on the road on my way to Maryland.

Rode to Horsepower HD from Bel Air, Maryland to attend the Fall Open House. Purchased a jacket and a pair of pants. Stephanie was very helpful in finding what we wanted to buy. While completing the purchase, I asked her if she happened to have the type of screw that goes in my helmet for the visor because one was missing. She searched for one but unfortunately did not have what I needed. A week or so later I received a small envelope in the mail ar my house containing the screws I needed for my helmet. My experience with Horsepower Harley was exceptional. I received two shirts from my girlfriend as a gift and she guessed my size wrong. I called the store and spoke with Stephanie about an exchange and she said she normally doesnt do exchanges but since Im out of state, shed be happy to take care of it. I sent the shirts back and she exchanged themawesome! She didnt have the style I wanted in stock so she sent me pictures of what she did havewhat excellent customer service! Shes a keeper!

I was just starting out on my vacation from Guelph, Ontario, Canada when I broke down in Williamsport, PA. I took my bike to Horsepower Harley Davidson. As soon as I got there Butch Ashton got my bike looked at right away. Unfortunately, it was a big break down. I thought my trip was over, but then Kim Dugan helped out. Wow. Where do I begin to thank this lady. With Kim's help I was able to continue my trip. Horsepower truly is there for their customers. David Matter did the work on my bike, and showed me the broken parts, as well as explained to me what went wrong. It doesn't get any better than Horsepower Harley Davidson. Thanks, Rory.

DROVE ON TILL I GOT TO HORSEPOWER AND THEY TOOK THE BIKE IN RIGHT AWAY . IT TURNED OUT I HAD A BAD WATER PUMP AND THERE WAS NONE IN STOCK. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH ANOTHER BIKE SO THAT I COULD PROCEDE WITH MY VACATION. THEY SAVED THE DAY. THE BIKE WAS REPAIRED AND READY ON SATURDAY WHEN I CAME BACK. GREAT JOB. THANKS TO KIM WHO WAS THE BEST AND THE TECH WHO I BELIEVE WAS DAVE WHO DID A GREAT JOB REPAIRING MY BIKE.

On a Trip 15/06/2017 from Maryland to Newfoundland.CA. I arrives at one of my stops in Williamsport, PA to discover I had an oil leak, Called the dealer around 2:30pm. My bike was in the shop by 3:00pm and fixed by 5:00pm. In my books that is awsome service, The Service dept and mechanics great. Pat yourselves on the back guys you deserve it.

I needed parts (Fuel Pump and Filter) for my 99 Roadking. The joys of Ethanol Gas! Riders, do not let any Ethanol Gas sit in your tank. If you do please use a stabilizer designed for the gasoline.Back to my story, My local dealer said the parts I needed were no longer offered and wanted me to spend $4,000.00 plus with them to fix it, so I started calling around. The next five dealers told me the same thing. My next call was to HORSEPOWER HARELY DAVIDSON. Rob in the Parts Department not only took the time to find the parts but listened to my story as well. He also suggested other options if for some reason he couldn't receive the parts. What a blessing Rob was. I was able to fix my bike for about $525.00! Second note to riders, do not let work get in the way of riding! I highley recommend HORSEPOWER HARLEY DAVIDSON ! Thank You guys, you done good.

Butch Ashton got my shift lever problem resolved in about an hour and got me back on the road. I was on my way to Americade in Lake George NY. His professional and friendly attitude turned a possible delay into a pleasant experience. Being able to get fast reliable service on the road makes traveling by H-D a cut above other brands.

I had to replace my original rear tire on my "custom" 2012 Street Glide. I put a Dunlop tire from Harley Davidson on this time, a recommendation of a Horsepower employee. Horsepower HD, went above and beyond in their parts and service department for my purchase. I will continue to service my bike and make all my future purchases at Horsepower. Everyone at Horsepower HD, makes you feel like family, instead of just a customer.

I am very happy with the work I got done with my bike. I had it at anther Harley Davidson dealer shop 4 times for the same problem and they couldn't find out want was wrong with my bike just kept telling me my clutch was out of adjustment and I kept having it do the same thing. So I called and talked to butch at the shop and he got me right in and had Dave the one tech work on my bike and he fround out want was the problem with my bike fround out the spring and clutch dics was bad in my bike he then checked it out to make sure there was no anther problem going on and fround all good. And he also fixed my throttle so it would work better then I brought new grips for my bike and had him put them on. Then he had my bike washed before I got it back I was at the shop for like 4 hours at the dealer but had a great time looking around and talking with the staff and also brought some anther stuff from the shop. I will not go back the the anthe shop for sevice I would make the hour drive to horsepower any day of the week if I need anything done I will be going back to them. Also the had all the parts for my bike instock the didn't have to order anything. I really appreciate what they didn't for me and fixing my bike the right way the frist time. Your friend Robin Eddy

A friend of mine purchased a t-shirt for me while he was out of town on business. Couldn't have been more appreciative...except he seriously misjudged my size. So before I tried to shrink it, I went out on limb and contacted Horsepower H-D through the website to see if there was any chance for an exchange. I'm in MA they're in PA and I didn't even personally purchase the shirt so I wasn't expecting much. Well was I ever wrong...I was immediately contacted by Steph, the Motorclothes Manager and she was more than willing to help. Asked for the shirt # and immediately went to work on checking her inventory. She had the shirt the size and asked for an address. She asked that I send the wrong size back on a virtual handshake and then thanked me! What? Mind Blown! That is just old fashioned good business and there is way too little of it these days. I don't live in PA, but if I'm ever in the area...Horsepower H-D has a customer for life.

Every employee from sales to the technicians was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They made my purchase easy and enjoyable. I give them a 10+ for overall experience.

Great Service, Sales, and Knowledgeable staff!

Unparalleled service, experience, and staff that goes above and beyond. On a recent trip from Rochester NY to Little Orleans MD, we had a typical glitch where one person's Harley would not start. The more experience guys got him running but knew we needed to find a shop to figure out the real issue and get it fixed. This happens within 2 hours on the 1st day of a 5 day trip. A quick search and we're off to Horsepower Harley Davidson in Williamsport PA. 90 minutes after showing up the voltage regulator was fixed, other tests done to make sure no other problems loomed, and we were off. Did I mention the tech's worked their lunch break so we could get one the road! Our trip was fantastic, memorable, 1200 miles of riding in PA, VA, WV, MD on some of the best roads imaginable, and worry free. I can't say enough about our experience considering the year before I had a similar situation and was out of commission for 2 days at a Harley event in WV. Service makes a difference, and this dealership is a step above anyone else. I'm inclined to ride 2.5 hours just to give them my business. Thank you Horsepower Harley Davidson for making our ride the best it could be!
